JF Restaurants is seeking experienced Line Cooks for their North Fork location in Long Island. The role involves executing dishes across multiple stations in a dynamic kitchen environment. Candidates should have 1–2 years of experience and strong knife skills. Housing is available for non-local applicants.
Execute dishes with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail across multiple stations (grill, sauté, fry, garde manger, etc.)
Follow prep lists and recipes to standard
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Communicate clearly with fellow cooks, chefs, and expediters
Assist in daily prep and end-of-shift breakdown
Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols
Minimum 1–2 years of experience on the line in a professional kitchen
Experienceworking multiple stations
Strong knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment
A positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
