We are seeking passionate, enthusiastic, and creative culinary professionals who have a profound interest in food and wine, a strong desire to build culinary knowledge, and a drive to meet the highest standards in our profession.

Responsibilities:

  • Prep Cook, Garde Manger, and Line Cook
  • Report to Executive Chef and Sous Chef
  • Ensure the preparation station and the kitchen is set up and stocked
  • Prepare simple components of each dish on the menu by chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing sauces
  • Make sure food preparation and storage areas meet health and safety standards
  • Clean all prep areas and properly store ingredients
  • Stock inventory and supplies
  • Cook menu items with the support of the kitchen staff
  • Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years' experience in a qualified kitchen
  • A passion for hospitality, food and beverage, and the guest experience
  • Written and verbal comprehension of English language
  • The ability to comfortably lead a team in a busy atmosphere
  • Creative & Team oriented
  • Fine Dining experience a plus
