1. Experience in grilling, frying, and egg cookery.
2. Maintaining high sanitation standards.
3. Ensuring organized and clean storage areas.
4. Proper handling and storage of food items.
5. Rotating inventory properly.
6. Preparing food for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and banquets.
7. Maintaining clean storage areas and product pars.
8. Collaborating with management to create specials and menu variations.
9. Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Previous cook experience preferred.
• At least 2 years of AM Line cook experience.
