Tacos el Terry on Broadway in Nashville is hiring Line Cooks to join a high-energy, fast-paced taqueria team. You will prepare, produce and present menu items made to order with fresh handmade tortillas, supporting a beverage program and delivering a great guest experience.

Qualifications

• Line cooks prepare menu items according to prescribed recipes.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
• Read a thermometer and monitor temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to prescribed recipes and/or special requests.
• Available to work a variety of hours, days and shifts, including weekends.
