Ramsay's Kitchen - Oklahoma is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to uphold Gordon Ramsay's standard of remarkable experiences. You will execute recipes, ensure proper plate presentation, manage portion control and temperature guidelines for immediate service.

Maintain your station: setup, prep, stocking, cleanliness, organization, and sanitation. You will work with grill, fryer, broiler, and oven to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes and timely service for guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and presentation standards.
• Knowledge of proper portion control and food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Execute menu recipes and ensure correct plate presentation.
• Maintain proper portion control and temperature guidelines.
• Set up, prep, stock, clean, organize, sanitize, and break down station.
• Operate equipment (grill, fryer, broiler, oven) and support kitchen teammates.
