YOUR ROLE IN CREATING GERONIMOMENTS

As a key team member, you’ll ensure every guest leaves with a lasting impression. Your voice matters—use it to build the future, make an impact, and improve the guest experience.

As the Line Cook, you are responsible for serving consistent, high-quality food and collaborating with the team to create a memorable dining experience.

What Your Day Will Look Like
  • Know and understand every menu item, including portion sizes, cooking methods, and standards; assume responsibility for quality
  • Work closely with the Chef to ensure consistency
  • Manage timing to serve tickets promptly
  • Stay focused during service hours, communicate with co-workers
  • Assist with prep and station readiness
  • Keep workstation clean and stocked
  • Practice safe knife handling; seek training if needed
  • Assist with deliveries as needed
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
  • Respect colleagues and foster a positive environment
  • Be productive during downtime
  • Follow opening/closing procedures and ensure station inspection
  • Report issues to management
  • Arrive promptly in full uniform and attend scheduled shifts and meetings
  • Request days off 2 weeks in advance and get approval
  • Follow employee policies
  • Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a fun work environment
Requirements
What It Takes to Succeed
  • At least one year of kitchen experience preferred but not required; basic math skills; strong customer service and communication skills
Mandatory Requirement
  • U.S. Work Authorization
