First Call Hospitality, Inc. is seeking a Line Cook for the Holiday Inn Lakefront in Detroit Lakes, MN. This role offers hourly pay ranging from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour and the opportunity to work with a stable team in a franchised hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Must have the ability to hold and maintain any required food handling permit or license
• Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver food products according to recipe
• Knowledge of the kitchen line and related setup

Responsibilities

• Efficiently prepare food items as ordered
• Exercise food safety and kitchen sanitation practices to deliver a quality product
• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes
• Proper preparation of meat, fish, vegetables, and other foods
• Review daily assignments with your supervisor
• Plan for anticipated demand throughout your shift
• Abide by all state and local health codes
• Maintain cleanliness and working order of tools, equipment, and supplies
• Prepare and maintain the line and par levels as required by the current menu
