Qualifications

• Experience as a line cook or in fast-paced kitchen environments.
• Ability to follow recipes and portion standards accurately.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold items according to recipes and menu specifications.
• Carve, slice, and assemble ingredients for salads, entrees, and garnishes.
• Maintain portion control and ensure presentation meets quality standards.
• Keep workspace clean and organized; practice safe food handling and hygiene.
• Communicate with kitchen staff and management to meet guest needs.
• Assist other cooks and kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth service.
