Responsibilities

Report to work on time and maintain uniform and personal hygiene.
Prep all food to ensure items are prepared according to company specifications, recipes, procedures, plate presentation, and quality standards.
Display proper food safety techniques, including personal hygiene, hand washing, glove use, and knife skills.
Know emergency procedures for the restaurant.
Maintain the highest degree of sanitation, cleanliness, and food safety for the work area including prep tables, countertops, refrigeration units, floors, walls, and shelving.
Accomplish all job duties while adhering to safety guidelines. Immediately report any unsafe condition, act, accident, or injury.
