GREYWIND - Line Cook Position

GREYWIND, from award-winning chef Dan Kluger, is seeking exceptional candidates to join our team as a Line Cook. This role offers an excellent hospitality experience in a safe environment located in Manhattan's up-and-coming Hudson Yards.

Qualifications:

1. At least 1 year of professional cooking experience in NYC restaurants.
2. Interest in seasonally driven menu items and a passion for cooking.
3. Ability to read and follow recipes and instructions from chefs.
4. Understanding and adherence to DOH food safety policies.
5. Punctuality and reliable attendance.
6. Proficiency in English communication.
7. Positive and professional attitude towards coworkers.
8. Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced, stressful environment without losing composure.
9. Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
