Chef David LeFevre has established a reputation in Manhattan Beach through his eclectic, chef-driven restaurants focusing on soulful food, engaging service, handcrafted cocktails, and boutique wines. His establishments include Manhattan Beach Post (opened April 2011), Fishing With Dynamite (April 2013), and The Arthur J (June 2015). We are currently seeking skilled, passionate, and experienced Line Cooks for Fishing With Dynamite.

A qualified Line Cook should have at least 1 year of experience in a chef-driven concept, be skilled in handling and grilling fish, shellfish, meat, and vegetables, capable of following specific instructions, motivated to excel, and highly organized. The ideal candidate will embody our culture of soulful cuisine and strive to meet and surpass the standards of a Michelin-starred chef, continuously sharpening their craft.

This position requires a flexible schedule, including lunch and dinner shifts. We value individuals passionate about from-scratch cooking, farmers market produce, and exploring cultural influences in cuisine. Candidates should possess humility, integrity, and respect.
