At Cotino, A Storyliving by Disney community, we create incredible, uniquely Disney experiences for our Artisan Club Members and their Guests. We bring the magic of Disney to our Club Members and Guests through personalized experiences and unforgettable world-class service!

As a Line Cook Cast Member, you will focus on creating a magical and enjoyable dining experience by ensuring the highest quality food is provided to our Artisan Club Members and Guests. You will prepare menu items and assist with food inventory, maintaining food preparation areas. You will practice safe food handling and support all kitchen staff, aiming for high Guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

• Prepare, season, and cook menu items to high standards of quality and presentation for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
• Make dressings, sauces, gravies, batters, fillings, and spreads
• Cook, bake, broil, fry, or steam food items as required
• Ensure all food is cooked properly and efficiently
• Handle and serve various food products, including meat, shellfish, eggs, dairy, gluten, soy, and nuts
• Develop and prepare sophisticated recipes, including bakery and dessert items
• Portion and present food attractively, maintaining standards
• May prepare exhibition omelets, pastas, sandwiches, pizza, and work at a carving station
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen following health and safety guidelines, including HACCP
• Regulate kitchen equipment temperatures
• Assist with inventory and stock management
• Collaborate with the culinary team to innovate menu offerings
• Support banquet meal preparations for events

• Must be at least 18 years old
• 2+ years of line cook experience (including grill and sauté) or culinary certification plus 1+ year experience
• Experience with standard kitchen equipment such as grills, ranges, broilers, fryers, and others
• Knowledge of HACCP and proper food handling
• Understanding of butchering, food allergies, seasonal ingredients, and menu planning
• Ability to follow recipes and conversions accurately
• Strong judgment of food quality and awareness of spoilage impact
• Capable of working in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment
