A leading hotel and casino in San Diego is seeking a Line Cook to prepare exceptional menu items while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. The role requires team collaboration with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef to maintain the integrity of every dish, supporting an exciting culinary experience in a fast-paced environment. POSITION SUMMARY :
It is the primary responsibility of the Line Cook to prepare all menu items in accordance with established quality and time standards while maintaining a clean and sanitary work area in conjunction with the Lead Cook, Sous Chef or Executive Chef.
