Hyatt House Anchorage is seeking a Line Cook to join our fast-paced, team-driven kitchen. You will prepare and cook items according to recipes, uphold quality, and maintain a clean workspace while supporting the culinary team to deliver an exceptional guest dining experience.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience is preferred. Expect up to 40 hours weekly with shifts that may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hotel, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to obtain required permits/licenses/certificates.
• Up to 40 hours per week with varied, flexible shifts, nights/weekends/holidays/overtime.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain quality and presentation standards; ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Support daily kitchen operations; prepare menu items and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
