Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience preparing hot and cold food items per recipes.

Responsibilities

• Preps all food to company specifications, recipes, and presentation standards.
• Preps, washes, peels, slices, and garnishes vegetables, fruits, pasta, and other ingredients.
• Carves and slices meats and cheeses.
• Measures and mixes ingredients to make dressings, sauces, and salads.
• Maintains sanitation and food safety in prep areas and equipment.
• Adheres to safety guidelines and reports any unsafe conditions.
