Responsibilities

• Reports to work on time as indicated on the work schedule.
• Preps all food to ensure items are prepared according to recipes, procedures, and quality standards.
• Displays proper food safety techniques in handling and preparation.
• Knows emergency procedures for the restaurant.
• Maintains sanitation, cleanliness and food safety of the work area.
• Completes duties while following safety guidelines throughout the shift.
