Qualifications

• Experience within a kitchen environment.
• Able to follow recipes accurately and to make adjustments as needed to fulfill guests' specifications.

Responsibilities

• Completing food prep duties such as;
• Cleaning and cutting ingredients for use
• Preparing sauces for use within the restaurant
• Assisting with kitchen station set up and stocking
• Cleaning and maintaining prep areas and kitchenware as needed
• Working with front of house staff to ensure orders fulfill guest's requests
• Cooking food in your station in a timely and effective manner
• Plating dishes based on guidance from a senior team member
