Job summary

Noodle Express – Hayden, Idaho is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and the on-floor team. You’ll coach during rushes, jump on the cooking line, assist at the register, review prep, and manage schedules, inventory, and cost controls while maintaining high guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Restaurant leadership experience on the floor and in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfort leading on the cooking line and in prep areas.
• Experience in inventory, ordering and basic cost controls.
• Proven ability to hire, coach and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support staff during busy shifts.
• Cook on the line and understand all stations.
• Cashier and ensure a great guest experience.
• Oversee prep and shift readiness.
• Create employee schedules.
• Manage inventory and place orders.
• Monitor product quality and basic cost controls.
• Recruit, interview and hire team members.
• Train, coach and develop employees.
• Address performance and workplace concerns.
• Make staffing decisions with GM and HR.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
