Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older per state/local requirements.
• Able to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets and spec charts in English.
• Willing to work weekend and holiday shifts.
• Able to operate grill, fryers, oven and other kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Back-of-house team members prep, cook and plate menu items per recipe specs.
• Maintain food quality and provide fast, friendly service to guests.
• Follow food safety guidelines and keep work area organized.
