Compass Group USA's CulinArt division is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time COOK positions at Brookdale Community College in Lincroft, NJ. The role requires grill, pizza and line cooking experience and offers meals, uniforms and PTO.

Qualifications

• Previous grill, pizza and line cooking experience required.
• Full-time and part-time schedules available.
• Location: Brookdale CC – 765 Newman Springs Road, Lincroft, NJ 07738 (on-site).
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and work at a fast pace.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality meals according to standardized recipes and instructions.
• Serve meals or prepare for delivery ensuring correct portions and temperatures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and storage areas.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and as instructed.
• Assist in ordering and receiving food and supplies as required.
• Adhere to HACCP standards and company safety policies.
