Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures and all PINCHO standards.
• Restock cook stations and keep them clean and organized.
• Stand and walk for an entire shift.
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
• Prepare food for service such as chopping vegetables and preparing sauces.
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
• Clean up station and take care of leftover food.
• Stock inventory appropriately.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
