Ontario Trillium Foundation is hiring a Cook to join our kitchen team in Bethesda. You will be responsible for preparing ingredients across line stations and following detailed recipes while maintaining top-tier cleanliness and sanitation.

You will read tickets to know what to cook and when, ensuring portions are accurate and the guest experience remains exceptional. Join a cohesive, fast-paced team that supports each other's success, offering flexible schedules and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Be able to cook across line stations (line, sauté, grill, fry, pantry) following recipes and standards.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation at all times.
• Follow portioning techniques and recipe instructions accurately.
• Read tickets to determine what and when items need to be prepared.
• Support a fast-paced team environment and guest-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Understand our Guest-Obsessed culture and contribute to a positive guest experience.
• Prepare raw ingredients and follow strict recipes.
• Use proper portioning techniques to ensure consistency.
• Read tickets to determine what/when items need to be prepared.
• Keep station floors, counters, tools, cutting boards, and prep surfaces clean and sanitized at all times.
