Job summary

JDK Management Company is seeking an entry-level Line Cook to prepare menu items to company standards while maintaining a clean, safe kitchen. No experience is required, and you will be trained on recipes and presentation.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, collaborating with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service. The role offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• No experience required; prior line cook experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout each shift.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Stock and prep ingredients to support smooth kitchen operations and shift readiness.
• Assist with cleaning, restocking, and other kitchen support tasks as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
