Selland's Market Cafe in Sacramento is seeking a line cook to join our team. You will maintain food quality and guest satisfaction while prepping, receiving, and stocking products before, during, and after service.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work evenings and weekends (per business needs).
• Able to communicate positively, verbally and in an articulate manner.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a team environment.
• 1+ years of line cook experience is preferred; training provided.
• Multitasking skills and good knife skills essential.
• Valid Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) card required.
• Ability to follow established menus and recipes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain food quality and guest satisfaction according to restaurant standards.
• Prepare, receive, and stock product before, during, and after service.
• Adhere to sanitary handling practices and health code requirements.
• Interact with guests and team members in a positive, hospitable manner.
