Job summary

Cinemark is seeking a Line Cook to work in a fast-paced cinema environment. You will use recipes to prepare quality food quickly, ensuring items are fresh and tasty to enhance the movie-going experience.

The role requires high energy, outgoing personality, and team collaboration to deliver great guest service. Responsibilities include following recipes and prep lists, maintaining cleanliness and proper storage, and supporting the server team to ensure accurate orders.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years old.
• Complete basic food handling training and any local/state certifications.
• Safe Alcohol Service training for those serving alcohol.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic, friendly attitude each shift.
• Excellent Guest service and communication in English.
• Able to work in a team and independently.
• Able to take and follow direction.
• Responds with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare items per approved recipes and portion controls.
• Follow prep lists daily.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper storage per health regulations.
• Minimize waste and theft; follow policies.
• Collaborate with servers to ensure accurate orders.
• Clean area and equipment after use (excluding some pizza dough tasks for under-18).
• Open or close a workstation per shift.
