Qualifications

• Experience as line cook or similar preferred.
• Knowledge of grilling, sautéing, frying and plating.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes during service.
• Coordinate with kitchen team to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cooking stations and equipment.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Communicate with management and front-of-house to prioritize tasks.
• Assist with food preparation and pre-service tasks as needed.
