The role requires experience in cooking techniques, strong teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a line cook or similar culinary role is preferred.
• Knowledge of grilling, sautéing, frying, and plating.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipe specifications and standards during service hours.
• Coordinate with kitchen team to ensure smooth workflow on the line.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cooking stations, including equipment and utensils.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold hygiene standards.
• Communicate effectively with management and front-of-house to prioritize tasks and maintain quality.
• Assist with food preparation, including portioning and marinating as needed.
• Uphold commitment to delivering high-quality food and exceptional service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
