Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of proper food handling, storage, labeling, rotation (FIFO) and temperature control.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items to order following recipes, procedures and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and stocking of the workstation.
• Safely operate kitchen equipment per safety standards and OSHA regulations.
• Monitor food quality and discard items not meeting standards.
• Interact professionally with guests to ensure order accuracy and satisfaction.
• Assist with opening, mid-shift and closing duties and daily tasks.
