Twin Peaks is seeking an energetic Heart of House Line Cook in Orlando to prepare best-in-class food while maintaining high quality and sanitation standards. You will follow uniform guidelines, assist with prep and line builds, and work within a fast-paced kitchen team.

Strong English communication is required to understand recipes and line procedures; orientation and HOH training are provided to ensure consistency and safety on every shift.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Line Cook or in fast-paced kitchen environments.
• Ability to communicate in English and follow prep recipes.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to uniform standards.
• Follow prep and line build recipes.
• Check quality of ingredients.
• Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment.
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards are followed.
• Ability to work as a team.
• Train using tablets or computer.
• Any other duty as deemed necessary by management.
