McMenamins Sand Trap Pub in Gearhart, OR is hiring a Line Cook to handle opening through closing responsibilities, producing hot and cold dishes, salads, sandwiches, pastas, pizzas, and weekly specials.

Applicants should be able to work quickly and safely in a busy, team-focused kitchen, multitask effectively, and maintain organization at their station. Previous cooking experience is preferred, and a food handlers card is required.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience is preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain a current Food Handlers Card.
• Enjoy working in a busy customer service-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture and presentation of all hot & cold food products.
• Prepare salads, sandwiches, pastas, pizzas, weekly specials, and sauté & grill items.
• Organize and clean the work area; maintain safety and report concerns to management.
• Work well independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
