McMenamins Mill Creek is hiring a Line Cook. The position covers opening to closing duties, preparing hot and cold menu items, and maintaining organization at the line in a fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications

• Obtain and maintain a current food handlers card.
• Previous cooking experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule, evenings and weekends, including Sundays.
• Enjoy working in a busy, customer-service oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle opening to closing kitchen tasks and line station duties.
• Prepare and present hot and cold dishes (salads, sandwiches, pastas, pizzas, specials).
• Keep work area organized and clean; work well independently and as a team member.
