McMenamins Six Arms Pub in Seattle area is hiring a line cook to manage opening through closing duties, preparing and presenting a variety of hot and cold dishes, and maintaining a clean, organized station. The role requires the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work well both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications include current food handlers card and previous cooking experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle opening to closing kitchen duties and ensure safe, efficient line operation
• Prepare and present hot and cold foods including salads, sandwiches, pastas, pizzas, and specials
• Keep workstation organized and clean; maintain safety and report concerns to MOD
• Work well independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
• Adhere to company events, history, and product knowledge
