McMenamins High St. Pub is hiring a Line Cook to join our Oregon kitchen team. You will be responsible for opening through closing duties, food preparation, and event meal service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Obtain and maintain a current food handlers card.
• Previous cooking experience is preferred.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays preferred.
• Enjoy working in a busy customer service-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle every task from opening to closing of the kitchen.
• Manufacture and presentation of all hot & cold food products.
• Prepare salads, sandwiches, pastas, appetizers, pizzas, weekly specials, and sauté & grill items.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the work area.
• Work well independently and as part of a team.
