Responsibilities

• Safely operate deep fryers in accordance with safety procedures.
• Safely operate ovens and range stoves following safety guidelines.
• Read order tickets and produce required items within the specified time.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient workstation.
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced high volume environment.
• Follow all County Health Department and food safety standards.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and openness to coaching and feedback.
• Ensure all equipment and tools are clean, properly maintained, and in safe working condition.
• Promptly communicate operational issues, safety concerns, or product needs to management and team members.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Maintain flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts based on business needs.
