Dezer Development's Dezerland Park Orlando is seeking a cook to prepare and cook food with attention to cleanliness, quality, taste, timeliness and cost effectiveness. This role requires adherence to park environment standards and teamwork.

You will work under the chef, maintain sanitation, handle utensils and equipment safely, and may work nights or weekends. Relevant restaurant experience or culinary training is required.

Formación

• Relevant experience in restaurant.
• Culinary degree or progressive experience.

Responsabilidades

• Control quality and consistency of all food served.
• Ensure prep lists are set in a timely manner.
• Maintain supplies necessary for service.
• Assist in controlling food cost.
• Operate kitchen tools and equipment safely.
• Produce dishes that meet established quality standards.
• Coordinate with the chef and teammates to complete tasks.
• May work nights, weekends, holidays.
