Es Vedra Cinemas is looking for a Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You will prepare and cook menu items to meet our quality standards, ensuring timely service and consistency across all dishes.

A focus on presentation and food safety is essential as you work with a team in a high-volume environment. The role requires experience as a line cook or similar, and availability to work holidays, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; culinary training or certification is a plus.
• Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role is required.
• Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure all dishes are made to order and meet presentation guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Ensure ingredients and supplies are readily available and properly stored.
• Monitor food quality and freshness.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared to the correct temperature and meet standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
• Communicate effectively to manage kitchen workflow.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and equipment.
• Assist with inventory checks and notify Kitchen Manager of low stock levels.
• Ensure storage areas are organized and stocked.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Kitchen Manager.
