Job summary

Dish Society is seeking a Line Cook for our Memorial location in Houston, TX. We offer full-time and part-time schedules with open availability preferred.

You will join a fast-paced kitchen team, cooking from scratch to our standards and maintaining a high level of quality throughout service. You will be responsible for building and plating dishes, maintaining a clean workstation, and communicating effectively with teammates and leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of cooking methods, timing and presentation.
• Ability to perform efficiently during peak rushes.
• Positive attitude, reliability and desire to grow.
• Comfortable standing for long periods in a high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and build dishes to spec with consistency and attention to detail.
• Keep station stocked, clean, and organized through service.
• Communicate clearly with teammates and leadership to keep the line running smoothly.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Jump in where needed – teamwork is essential.
