Jaleo Las Vegas is looking for LINE COOKS to join our team as we bring the stories of Chef José Andrés to life. You will prep and run a station, working with an energetic kitchen team to reproduce menu items that exceed guest expectations.

You should have knife skills and a passion for learning, with the ability to understand ingredients for each recipe and authentic menu items. This role requires standing, working nights and weekends, and a dynamic, proactive approach to cooking.

Qualificações

• Experience working as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to work efficiently on a station during busy service.
• Knowledge of food safety and proper sanitation.
• Wamiliarity with authentic menu items and ingredients.

Responsabilidades

• Leverage knife skills to prep and run a station during busy service.
