Job summary

The Cook at Ruby Tuesday in Lenoir, NC is responsible for preparing all food orders in a timely manner, maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen, and following Ruby Tuesday recipes. You will work with the service team to ensure orders meet guests' expectations.

Candidates should be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 70 lbs, work in a fast-paced environment, and follow safety and sanitation policies. Flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares a variety of food with different methods and adheres to recipes and presentation standards.
• Works in a fast-paced environment and handles multiple tasks within set timeframes.
• Communicates with the service team and expo to ensure orders meet guests’ expectations.
• Maintains kitchen cleanliness and adheres to safety and sanitation policies.
• Cleans and sanitizes throughout the shift and during station break-down.
