Munecas Downtown in Gainesville, FL is looking for a fast, clean line cook to join our 22 person team. Pay is hourly rate based on experience plus tip share averaging $5/ hour. We are located on 317 Sw 4th Ave. Our ideal candidate is a fast, clean, positive and timely!

Qualifications

• We require 1 year of line cook experience in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Knife skills and ability to read recipes and follow directions precisely.
• Must be reliable, punctual and a team player with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management
• Adhering to all health code guidelines
• Executing ticket fulfillment in a timely manner
• Clean all equipment
• Completing daily side work, shift change and closing procedures
• Prep according to recipes
• Washing dishes when needed
• Mopping and sweeping
• Communicating between team members
• Practicing rotation on all food items to ensure fresh product
