Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Completes basic food handling training and obtains required local/state certifications.
• Team Members handling alcohol must complete Safe Alcohol Service training.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Energetic and friendly attitude with guest service focus.

Responsibilities

• Prepares all required items in accordance with approved recipes and portion controls.
• Follows and executes prep lists daily.
• Maintains cleanliness and proper storage of all food products per health/safety regulations.
• Collaborates with server team to ensure food orders are accurate.
• Opens or closes a workstation depending on shift; maintains sanitation and procedures.
