McMenamins Elks Temple in Washington is hiring a line cook to join our kitchen team. You will handle opening to closing duties and prepare hot and cold items, including salads, sandwiches, pastas, pizzas and weekly specials while keeping your area clean and organized.

This fast-paced, team-based role requires a current food handlers card and prior cooking experience. We offer wage ranges from $17.13 to $23.13 per hour with benefits and staff discounts across McMenamins locations.

Qualifications

• Obtain and maintain a current food handlers card
• Previous cooking experience is preferred
• Enjoy working in a busy customer service-oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Handle opening to closing kitchen duties and ensure smooth service flow
• Manufacture and present hot and cold food items including salads, sandwiches, pastas, pizzas, and weekly specials
• Keep work area organized and clean while maintaining safety and efficiency
