Job summary

Hopdoddy Burger Bar in McKinney, TX is seeking a Line Cook to work Bun, Build, Grill and Fry stations. You will prepare products for the station, maintain proper temperatures, and keep a clean, sanitary kitchen while following Hopdoddy standards to ensure high quality and guest satisfaction.

You will gather ingredients, cook and assemble dishes to recipe standards, respect waste control, assist other stations, and help maintain cold storage and dry storage areas.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in fast-paced food preparation.
• Must have an active Food Handler Card.
• Basic knife skills and ability to follow recipes.

Responsibilities

• Gather ingredients prior to prep and assemble menu items to Hopdoddy standards.
• Maintain sanitation and proper food handling throughout shift.
• Monitor temperatures and rotate stock using FIFO.
• Communicate status of prep and inventory to leadership.
• Assist other stations as needed and keep prep area clean.
