• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, quality standards, and food safety guidelines.
• Work stations including grill, fryer, flat top, and bread station.
• Prepare, portion, and stock ingredients; read tickets for timing.
• Run food to guests and assist front expo to ensure complete orders.
• Maintain a clean kitchen and dining area; assist with opening/closing duties.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Support teammates to provide the best guest experience.
