Job summary

Chili's is seeking friendly Kitchen Team Members to join our Heart of House in Potomac Mills, VA. You will learn and execute our recipe procedures, keep the kitchen clean, and help maintain fast, accurate service on every shift.

You’ll work with a welcoming team in a fast-paced environment, follow safety rules, and contribute to a great guest experience. Flexible scheduling offered, with both part-time and full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc.
• Prior experience preferred in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.

Responsibilities

• Properly learn and execute all of our recipe procedures
• Maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen
• Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
• Communicate ticket times to Team Members
• Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
