The Old Spaghetti Factory is seeking a Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You will work closely with chefs to coordinate orders, follow recipes, and maintain quality in a fast-paced environment.

We provide paid training, flexible scheduling, and weekly pay. This role requires basic kitchen knowledge, a willingness to learn, attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to lift 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the kitchen team, including chefs and other line cooks, to coordinate orders, communicate special requests, and maintain a harmonious and efficient working environment.
• Follow specific cooking methods, timing, temperatures, and portion sizes of pasta dishes ensuring quality and appearance.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, including proper handling, storage, and labeling.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
