Job summary

Silverspot Cinema is seeking a Line Cook to prepare hot and cold dishes to menu standards in a fast-paced kitchen in Florida.

Candidate should have 6 months to 2+ years of culinary experience, basic knife skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold dishes following menu recipes and standards.
• Work broiler, fryer, sauté, and other stations in a fast-paced environment.
• Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Assist with prep, cross-train on stations, and support the team where needed.
