Silverspot Cinema is seeking a Line Cook to prepare hot and cold dishes to menu standards in a fast-paced kitchen in Florida.

Candidate should have 6 months to 2+ years of culinary experience, basic knife skills, and the ability to work under pressure. What You’ll Do:

• Prepare hot and cold dishes following menu recipes and standards
• Work broiler, fryer, sauté, and other stations in a fast-paced environment
• Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Assist with prep, cross-train on stations, and support the team where needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Culinary experience (6 months to 2+ years depending on level)
• Basic knife skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment
• Ability to move quickly and work under pressure
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long shifts
• Food Safety or ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
