Chili's is hiring Kitchen Team Members in Ithaca, NY. You will help run our Heart of House with sweeping cleanliness, fast service, and teamwork that keeps orders moving smoothly.

You’ll learn recipe procedures, maintain a safe kitchen, and communicate order timings to teammates. Ideal candidates think fast in a high-volume setting, enjoy working with a friendly team, and have experience in food prep or service.

Qualificações

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc.
• Prior experience preferred in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.

Responsabilidades

• Properly learn and execute all of our recipe procedures
• Maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen
• Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
• Communicate ticket times to Team Members
• Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
