Chili's is seeking Kitchen Team Members to join our Heart of House. This role focuses on executing recipes, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and upholding safety standards while contributing to a fast-paced service flow.

Ideal candidates bring a friendly, warm attitude and the ability to work quickly in a busy environment, with prior experience in food and beverage roles. Flexible scheduling supports both part-time and full-time options.

Qualifications

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor.
• Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with kitchen equipment such as slicers, mixers, grinders, etc.
• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute all recipe procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen.
• Follow safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Communicate ticket times to Team Members.
• Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
